Welcome Bea

UX Strategist

We’re excited to welcome Bea Nilsen Blid to our Stockholm studio as a UX Strategist.

Bea brings rich experience from Qasa, a fast-growing proptech company, where she was part of the journey from start-up to scale-up as a Product Designer. Her work spanned everything from exploring product–market fit in new markets to shaping solutions for Sweden’s largest platform for second-hand housing.

She has a strong passion for understanding and fulfilling users’ needs while aligning them with business goals, all while building technically stable solutions. Working in a start-up environment has required excellence in balancing these three perspectives. She is especially excited about joining Bold, where she can add an extra layer of brand experience to the equation.

After Qasa, she attended the Design Lead program at Hyper Island, where she deepened her knowledge of brand strategy. During the program, she completed her internship at Bold and she is now thrilled to join the team full-time.
